Absolutely perfect, good location away from the establishment. And right by Perth in the evening, several good restaurants, shops and the museum and Perthshire or Tayside.

We appreciated this place - well-maintained hotel.
All of the staff were helpful, genuinely friendly. When we checked in, deluxe double room with a king size bed was ready. Tea making facilities and coffee turned out to be good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and well-organized, providing us with a luxurious and comfortable experience. The breakfast served was delicious and just the right portion size, ensuring that there was no wastage or excessive eating. The lady running the guest house was incredibly friendly and great with our grandchildren.
